As evidenced by the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Initial Quality Study (IQS), new vehicles continue to improve year after year. J.D. Power reports that quality has improved 2%, when compared to the 2020 study. One of the highlights from the study is that the Cadillac CT5 earned the top ranking in the Midsize Premium Car segment.
In this study, J.D. Power surveys new vehicle owners during the first 90 days of ownership. The owners report on any problems they experienced with any vehicle features including performance, comfort, and technology. The results of the study are reported as problems per 100 vehicles (PP100). A lower score represents higher quality.
As a luxury midsize sedan, the 2021 Cadillac CT5 is exceptional. It is still fresh after a full redesign in 2020. This year, it adds wireless capabilities for both Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ along with a customizable digital instrument display.
For drivers looking to enjoy the latest technology, the 2021 CT5 is available with Super Cruise this year. This technology lets drivers experience hands-free driving on thousands of miles of freeways across the country. The CT5 comes well-equipped with luxury features including simulated leather upholstery, a 10-inch touch screen system, and a forward collision mitigation system.

The Cadillac CT4 and CT5 are two sedans praised for their luxury and sophisticated design. For the 2021 model year, these cars will come with a number of exciting updates to the table, including a new Diamond Sky Edition package. With exclusive design details throughout the cabin and exterior, the Diamond Sky Edition will help you stand out wherever the road takes you.
One of the main features of the Diamond Sky Edition package is its exclusive paint job. Body-color features, like rocker extensions and a rear lower air diffuser, enhance the elegant, crisp appearance. The front end pulls it all together with a unique, bright grille.
Each model comes with standard Diamond Cut/Midnight Silver finish alloy wheels or available Polished/Dark Android Gloss wheels. Each gets paired with all-season tires. Behind them, Brembo® V Performance front brakes with blue calipers both look and feel great.
Inside, the Diamond Sky Edition welcomes you with Sky Cool Gray and Jet Black leather upholstery, accented with unique Diamond Fall seat inserts. The Diamond Sky Edition CT4 features Centaurus Finish Aluminum trim, whereas you’ll find a gorgeous Galaxy Wood Finish inside the CT5.
